The doctors at Burwood and Sydney City Heart Centre are committed to forming a long term relationship with both our General Practitioners and our Patients. We feel the best way to optimise the management of our patients is to ensure open channels for communication.
We welcome referral for any patients or any age. We are easily accessible by foot in the heart of the city, as well as being footsteps to the new metro station, tram stations, bus stop and Town Hall, Wyndyard, St James and Museum train stations.
We are always happy to accommodate same day referrals and urgent reviews of ECGs via fax or email.
